Role Overview
We seek a talented and self-driven UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with our vision of connecting the digital and physical worlds. You will work closely with our development team to ensure the seamless handover of designs and contribute to building comprehensive design systems that can scale across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Prototype: Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback and converting them into interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Design Systems and Libraries: Develop and maintain robust design systems and libraries that ensure consistency across all our digital products.
- Collaborate with Development: Work closely with the development team to hand over designs, ensuring a smooth transition from design to implementation. A basic understanding of the development process is crucial.
- User Testing and Iteration: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously refine and improve designs.
- Communication: Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to team members and stakeholders in clear, fluent English, both in writing and speech.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in Figma, design systems, and user-centered design.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with the design handover process and a basic understanding of front-end development principles.
- Language: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work Environment: Access to a fully equipped home office where you will conduct most of your work.
- Work Ethic: Self-driven with a strong work ethic, capable of effectively managing your time and tasks in a wholly digital environment.
